Teak is one of the most durable and weather-resistant tropical hardwoods in the world. Its excellent material qualities and natural elegance make it a highly sought-after wood in furniture making.
For sustainability reasons, we exclusively use recycled teak wood and natural teak root, both sourced without cutting down living trees.
Recycled teak is known for its visible wear marks, fine cracks, nail holes, and color variations, which are deliberately preserved to give each item a rustic, vibrant look. Teak root furniture, on the other hand, often consists of naturally formed, irregular wood pieces – each one a sculptural one-of-a-kind.
Both materials are durable, low-maintenance, and resistant to moisture, though regular oil treatment is recommended to preserve the surface and its rich color.
