To offer you the best possible solution, please send us photos of the damaged item as well as of its packaging.

Please proceed as follows: if you have more than one damaged item, please send a full-view photo of each item in question, as well as a close-up of the damages. Unfortunately, a single close-up photo is not sufficient. if you'd like, you can also use photo editing to mark the exact location of the damage on the full-view image.
