Temporary unavailability of our online shops on 21 October 2026

On 21 October 2026, our online shops were temporarily unavailable from approximately 16 to 21 o'clock.

This was due to a security vulnerability affecting website infrastructure that had become known worldwide. As a precautionary measure, our hosting provider temporarily took our online shops offline to ensure the security and protection of our customers.

The necessary security measures have now been implemented. Our online shops have been fully accessible again since 21 October 2026 at 21 o'clock.

Based on the information currently available to us, there is no reason for our customers to be concerned.
